The number one thing you must know is to Accept your situation. You should not blame anyone, you must take the Responsibility.
After you accept the situation you must Occupy your place Financially.Become the best steward of your money, money is attracted to him who looks after it well. The Question you might ask yourself maybe How can i be the best steward? There are many answers to this question but the most important ones will be outlined as you follow this blog.Lets start with,
1.Money respects those who respect it.Control your money and it will yield Power and Freedom for you.One way of controlling your money is Budgeting- Write it down. Create a mental snapshot of what is or isn't necessary.Don't eat or spend all the money on necessary or unnecessary things but spend it Wisely.Always try to live on less than you earn.Monitor your incoming and outgoing finances.
2.Money does not manage itself you must set goals for it.Define your long and short term financial goals and understand the boundaries in which you will achieve it.Do not put your money in the hands of those who will abuse it e.g if you put your money in the trade you do not know it will be lost.Research the trade you want to put your money in and make sure you have enough knowledge about that particular trade it will save you time and money.
3.Set apart a tenth of what you get(salary)it's for your savings. Why should you always pay others and not yourself when you are the one working all the time.Saving can be easier than you think if you discipline yourself.Form a saving habit and you will reap the rewards.Imagine if you keep a tenth of what you earn for twelve months how much are you going to have in your account? You will be 10% richer every month than you where E.g if you earn £2000/month take off 10% for God if you go to Church or your charity then pay yourself 10% and the rest is distributed accordingly by the end of the year you will have paid yourself £2400 you will be that much richer give it a try you will see how easy it is to make yourself get out of debt.Remember to invest your money wisely were it will pay you back.
4.If you are in debt, remember you have to clear your name. You have to talk to your creditors to create a debt repayment plan or you can get someone to negotiate on your behalf one of my favourite charity is Christians against poverty you can visit there website on www.CAPuk.org.They will do everything for you.Now that your creditors have be dealt with you can plan well. The first 10% for God or charity, the next 10% for yourself (savings)then the rest 80% for the creditors and other necessities spend less, earn more, pay off debt and accumulate savings.
